AuroWeaver User Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to AuroWeaver. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and AuroWeaver, a product of AuroZeon ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the AuroWeaver platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.

Account Registration

To access the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

User Content and Workflows

The Service allows you to create workflows, processes, and other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, or other third-party right
  • Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Engaging in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, or predatory conduct
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Attempting to bypass or break any security mechanism on the Service
  • Using any automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Service
  • Reverse engineering any aspect of the Service
  • Attempting to access areas or features of the Service that you are not authorized to access

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by AuroWeaver, AuroZeon, or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. AuroWeaver is a commercial product. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including by terminating or deleting your account and all related information and files, at any time and for any reason, including for violations of this Agreement, without prior notice or liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUROWEAVER, AUROZEON, OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR CONTENT PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes to this Agreement, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
