XinBridge 心桥 User Agreement

Introduction

Welcome to XinBridge 心桥. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and XinBridge, a product of AuroZeon ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the XinBridge application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer

XinBridge is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is an emotional support companion designed to help cancer patients and their families cope with feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and stress. The AI companion uses metaphors and gentle language to offer comfort—it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions and mental health support.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Nature of the Service

XinBridge provides:

  • Mood check-ins and symptom tracking (for your own reference and doctor visits)
  • AI companionship via Gentle Companion (cloud-based AI; see Privacy Policy)
  • Night Sanctuary: soundscapes, breathing exercises, body scan, sleep stories
  • Hope Library: recovery stories and Gallery of Hope
  • Zen Toys: calming games (Fluid Sand, Constellation, Breathe-Sync, etc.)
  • Quick SOS: 5-4-3-2-1 grounding and family contact
  • Family connection tools: notify family, write unsaid words

The AI does not provide clinical advice. In crisis situations, the app offers preset supportive messages and encourages contacting professional help.

User Content

You may create content such as mood logs, symptom entries, questions for doctors, and messages to family. You retain ownership of this content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or misuse the AI or app logic
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others through the Service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service as a substitute for emergency or crisis services

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by AuroZeon or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of this Agreement or for any other reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. XINBRIDGE IS NOT A MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AUROZEON, XINBRIDGE, OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON THE AI COMPANION FOR MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH DECISIONS.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
